Hotel Reservations: All conference sessions will take place at the Doubletree Hotel Tulsa at Warren Place. Please call 1-800-801-1317 to make room reservations. Be sure to identify the group code AIR to receive the special guest room rate of $99. The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the group rate is Saturday, March 15, 2008. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space and rate available basis. The hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
