The October Quarterly General Membership Meeting will be held at the Clarence E. Page Building at Wiley Post Airport, 5810 Tulakes Avenue, Bethany, OK at 11:00 am on October 17, 2008.  Some of the high-lights for discussion will be the 2009 Conference, the January Quarterly Meeting, the suggested updates to the OAOA Constitution and By-Laws, and the Regional Map adjustments.  The agenda for the meeting is attached.

Immediately following the business meeting, lunch, catered by the Panera Bread Company, will be available by RSVP (approximately $8 to $10 payable at the door).  The reservations should be made to:  director@okairports.com  or by phoning the OAOA Executive Director.

 As part of the lunch, there will be a kick-off party to begin the year-long celebration of OAOA's 25th anniversary. Some of those joining to share birthday cake and past memories will be some of the Co-Founders, Past-Presidents, Honary Members and other well-wishers.
