Co-founders, Peter Van Pelt and George Hargett presented a draft of the proposed revisions to the OAOA Constitution & By-Laws at the October 17, 2008, Quarterly Meeting.  There were 53 in attendance for the General Membership Meeting.

After the presentation and short discussion, it was announched that the draft would be posted on OAOA's website in the "Constitution" section under the "Members Only" tab.  All members are invited to study and offer comments for discussion on these revisions or the need for others by sending said comments to executive director Pam Lankford or by submitting them by way of the "Contact Us" section of the website. 

 After the next several months of consideration and discussion, a vote shall be called at the January, 2009, Quarterly Meeting.
