Hope you find it more attractive and easier to navigate. Note the calendar reminders on the front page then go to the calendar for more details. Though information is still being added, you should still find most of your favorite pages. As before, the Members Only pages are available only to current members who have opened their account. If you had an account on the old website, you will need to open a new one here. These Members Only pages contain our membership directory that has the added benefit of a search selected by your choice of airports, airport managers, corporations, or several other choices. Please take a minute to click around all the pages and then be sure to check back often as new material is added.

To help protect this info from those pesky people and computers that collect and share this information with others who should not have it, this info will be emailed again to members and is found in the Members Only part of the website.
YEARLY DUES are due in January :
We are now going by the “Calendar year” instead of the fiscal year billing we have been using. Now, when you pay your dues for a year, your Conference Benefits will apply to the same year's conference. We know the past billing dates have been confusing to many so we hope this change will clear up some of that. In the long run, this should save time, money and confusion. You may return your payment and registration form in the same envelope or separately,whichever is more convenient for you.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORMS are due as soon as possible:
Please complete your registration forms as soon as possible and return them to the NEW OAOA Address (above) to get your place at the conference. REMEMBER: your payment of dues entitles your airport to a FREE registration for 1 or more representatives, depending on your membership level. Payment by Sponsors entitles them to the number of included registrations that their level of Sponsorship allows.
The Host Hotel is going to be the Holiday Inn Ardmore I-35 which is located just off I-35 at 2207 N. Rockford Rd. Ardmore, OK 73401, phone 580.226.3333. The Conference meetings will be held in the Ardmore Convention Center which adjoins the host hotel.
